I was reading the book Making The Impossible Possible by Jason Boreyko today.  In his book, Boreyko describes his “secret of success” as:

“..my ability to develop ‘belief structures’ that help me achieve all of my dreams and goals.  Every goal I have set and pursued with passion have come true.”

How about you?  Can you make the same statement about your dreams?  (Be careful what you dream about because you may bring them about- whether good or bad.)

What if you were told you could only make one wish and that one wish would come true.  What would you do?  What would you wish?

Do you think the dream could become true?

Can you DO anything to make this dream become true?

Now ask yourself this…

Have you placed any limitations on your dream?  Are you telling yourself things like “I can do that when I get ‘enough money’ or ‘when I get a better education’”.

The Wristband Slap

Wearing wristbands for various causes has become pretty popular these days.  I was watching a news reporter describe how he was trying to become more positive in his outlook on life.  So every time he said something negative or had a negative thought, he would pop his wristband to slap himself for thinking the negative thought.

He said it was hard at first to be positive.  He was constantly slapping himself at the wrist.  But after about 3 weeks, he had a totally different outlook on life and things really began to happen for him.

How about you?  Are you in need of a wrist slap?

Take a 21 day challenge for yourself.  For the next 21 days, consciously examine your thoughts.  Are you creating positive thoughts or are they negative?
